Located at 6km south of Liulin County, Shanxi Province, Xingwu Coal Mine has a mining area of 11.63 sq.km. and has commenced production since 1968. According to the Technical Review Report of John T. Boyd Company, the in-place reserves and recoverable reserves of Xingwu Coal Mine was 63.23 million tons and 46.34 million tons respectively as at 31 December 2007. Currently, the planned raw coal production capacity of the coal mine is 2.1 million tons per annum.
